Mobile Mammography at DeKalb!
Appointments are quick (15 minutes) and on time! Parking is EASY!
Anthem and all other NON-Kaiser covered individuals, including family and friends, may register for a mobile mammogram.
Kaiser members may NOT use the mobile bus. Please contact your Kaiser provider.
Must be
- 40 years old
- At least 365 days since last mammogram
- Have a current primary physician (family practice or OBGYN)*
*If you have Anthem insurance with DeKalb, you may list Diane Williams, DeKalb Employee Health Center (465 Winn Way, Decatur, 30030, 404.645.7166) as your primary physician if needed!
