Employee Health Center

Anthem (Blue Cross)-covered DeKalb employees and their covered spouses and dependents over age 2, as well as pre-65 retirees who are enrolled in an Anthem (Blue Cross) medical plan, can use the DeKalb County Employee Health Center, provided by Marathon Health at DeKalb County.

The Employee Health Center offers virtual and in-person care, plus 24/7 access to clinicians who can answer questions and help facilitate care.

Services

The Employee Health Center provides the following primary health care services:

• Annual physical exams (full scope of family medicine)
• Men’s and women’s health
• Sick & urgent care
• Mental health screenings
• Biometric screenings
• Select medications for little to no cost
• School & sports physicals
• Routine vaccinations
• No copays for most visit (non-preventive sick visits for High-Deductible (HSA) plan enrollees include a $25 visit fee; all other visits are free)
