SUMMARY:Compassion Training (CBCT)
DESCRIPTION:CT (Cognitively Based Compassion Training) Fall 2026 – Invitation to Apply \nCBCT is one of the longest-running and most studied compassion training protocols of its kind\, created by Dr. Tenzin Negi\, Director of the Contemplative Sciences and Compassion Based Ethics Department at Emory University. CBCT offers a comprehensive method for training compassion\, supported by scientific research in fields such as evolutionary biology\, psychology\, and neuroscience. Wellness dollars are precious! Please carefully consider if this program is a fit for you at this time. \nOver the course of 9 weeks\, we will explore: \n\nstrengthening your skills of resilience\,\nlearning to stabilize your attention\,\nuncover your core values\,\nlearn how to practice compassion for yourself and for others\,\ncompassion as a leadership skill\ndevelop or deepen a meditation practice\nlearn how to reappraise situations to create greater wellbeing\nenlarge your capacity for a growth mindset\nengage compassion as a skill for leadership\n\nApplication: Compassion Training Fall 2026 – Application \n9-week course\, Sept 16-Nov 18
